Meet Carleigh and Harley, the masterminds behind the delicious Quantum Cacao Elixir! Growing up in Canada as a chocolate lover, Carleigh was naturally drawn to learn more about the world's most beloved food source. As her chocolate desires became deeper and darker, she connected with 100% dark chocolate; cacao!
At this point, Carleigh had stopped drinking coffee, but still wanted a morning ritual, so she adopted a daily cacao practice. She had already been fine- tuning her elixir recipe for 3 years by the time she was travelling in Tasmania and met Harley, and he was immediately hooked. Harley grew up in Australia, and was used to the traditional beverages of coffee, tea, sugary hot- chocolate, and milo. As soon as he tasted her cacao, he was hooked.
Together they tweaked and adjusted the blend of ingredients Carleigh had been mixing until they landed on the perfect ratio that is now their Quantum Elixir. Further experimentation with blends of flavours and spices created the full-bodied Spiced Elixir.
Seeking a deeper connection with the roots of chocolate, Carleigh was drawn to the traditional practices of preparing and honouring ceremonial cacao and instantly knew it was something she needed to share with the world.
