1. Measure with intention
10g for your daily cup · 25g for creative focus · 40g for full ceremony

2. Heat gently
Add to a small pot with equal parts water and plant-based milk. Heat slowly. Stir continuously — this is part of the practice.

3. Set your intention
Pour into your favourite mug. Before you drink, close your eyes. Ask: what do I want to call in today? Sip with presence.

We do not recommend using ceremonial cacao in a keep cup or on the go — she is meant to be met with stillness.
